RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to refund the cost of returned merchandise using the method you used to pay for it, within 30 days, if you are unhappy with an item purchased from us. We do ask that you contact us before sending any items back for returns or exchanges at ProgressiveDerbyApparel@gmail.com.
Shipping is nonrefundable.
Please pack up your order as it arrived if possible with as much information as you can.
The more information you include, the faster it will be processed.
Please include:
? The name on your order (usually your account name or credit card name of the purchaser)
? Your contact information
? Information about your exchange, including sizing and colors( if applicable)
? Your shipping information, for any exchanges. All items must be in new condition for return or exchange.
Custom items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

In-stock orders are usually processed within 3 business days, if possible faster.
Custom orders and packages can take longer.
TRANSIT TIMES
USPS First Class Mail estimates (but does not guarantee) 3-7 days in the US.
USPS First Class Mail International estimates (but does not guarantee) 7-10 business days in transit to most countries.
CUSTOMS FEES and TARIFFS
International shipments are subject to customs fees charged by the receiving country. The rates are determined by each individual country based on the value of the goods in that country's currency, which is constantly being updated. If you know what your customs thresholds are, we can work with you to package your goods in a way that costs you the least amount of shipping and customs.
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED MERCHANDISE>
e-mail us at: ProgressiveDerbyApparel@gmail.com. We will replace the damaged item or refund your money, but we must have the defective item back before we can credit you or ship out a new item within 30 days of purchase.
